PORTRAIT SESSION $150 + tax
-designed for all session types
-up to 5 people
-$10 each additional person (approximately 5 additional images in gallery per added person)
-approximately 30-60 minutes of shooting time (with the exception of newborns which take approximately 2 hours)
-all the best images edited for preview (approximately 15-45 depending on the number of subjects)
-online ordering gallery open for 7 days
-tagged in facebook images

IMPORTANT: FULL SESSION FEE IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND ACTS AS YOUR RETAINER/DEPOSIT. In case of cancellation the session fee is transferrable to a new date but not refundable. *

Portrait Agreement:

To book and secure your date this portrait agreement must be submitted and a 100% of the session fee paid as a deposit/retainer (within 5 days through PayPal link, in person or by mailing a check). Your deposit/retainer is non-refundable, but is transferrable to a rescheduled session date. The session fee pays for Chantri Keele's time and talent. If you need to reschedule your session, please try to do so at least 48 hours before your session date. If you are having your session at an outdoor location Chantri might suggest rescheduling due to bad weather conditions, etc.

Your images will be available for preview in a private online gallery approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of your session.
Print and product prices are subject to change at any time. The prices that are effect at the time of your session will be valid for 7 days after your image preview gallery launches. Print orders must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. Each image is printed to order and cannot be changed or cancelled after payment has been made. Orders placed within 3 days of online gallery preview will receive a 10% discount. Your online gallery will be removed after 7 days. There will be a $50 reloading fee if you wish to have your gallery available for and additional 7 days and a $200 minimum order will be required. All sales are final.
Your images will be archived on file for one year from the date of your session date and will be discarded after one year.

Copyright for these images is the sole property of Chantri Keele Photography and protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is ILLEGAL to reproduce these images in any way without written permission from Chantri Keele. This includes scanning or downloading images for the purposes of emailing or printing them at home. Please respect the art and livelihood of Chantri, and the laws set to protect photographers. Further post-processing of Chantri's final images is also illegal and degrading to the original art.

If Chantri cannot fulfill this agreement due to causes beyond the control of the parties involved, or in the event that photographic materials are lost or damaged, without fault on the part of the photographer, the client shall have no further liability regarding this agreement. In such cases, Chantri Keele Photography is not liable. The client releases Chantri Keele from all liabilities, claims and damages that may result from any accidents or incidents that may happen during the session, except to the extent that the accident or incident is the direct cause of willful and careless conduct.

Copyright for the images taken in your session is sole property of Chantri Keele Photography and protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is illegal to reproduce these images in any way without written permission from the photographer.

Chantri Keele Photography has exclusive right to make reproductions and shall only make reproductions for the client or for use in portfolio, advertising, website/blog, samples, entry into photographic competitions and art exhibitions and for displaying within or outside the studio. If Chantri Keele Photography wishes to make reproductions for any other use, you will be contacted for written permission.

No Fees, royalties or payments of any kinds will be owed in connection with any usage made of any image captured or created by Chantri Keele Photography. *
